Jeff Paschal
Jeff Paschal brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience with deep expertise in asset management, operations, leasing, and strategic financial oversight. As former Chief Operating Officer of Hudson Peters Commercial (HPC) Property Services, Jeff led a company-wide restructuring of management and accounting systems—streamlining operations and fueling growth.
Prior to HPC, Jeff spent 19 years at PS Business Parks, where he oversaw more than 8.7 million square feet across Texas, Florida, and Arizona. His accomplishments include executing over $290 million in lease transactions, standardizing operations across multiple markets, and leading acquisitions and dispositions totaling over 3.4 million square feet and $300 million in value.
A Baylor University graduate and former collegiate golfer, Jeff also completed executive training through the Center for Creative Leadership. He serves as a Deacon at Prestonwood Baptist Church and enjoys supporting his son’s baseball pursuits in his free time.
Russ Johnson
Russ Johnson is a 23-year veteran of the Dallas-Fort Worth office market, specializing in repositioning, marketing, and leasing commercial office assets. As Managing Director at JLL, Russ has completed more than 1,200 lease transactions totaling over $1.1 billion in value.
His expertise in redevelopment and lease-up strategy has helped transform key projects including the Dallas Morning News HQ at the Statler Hotel, Element Towers, and Galatyn Commons. Notable transactions under his leadership include deals with Bank of America (465,760 SF), Steward Health Care (298,000 SF), and Toyota Motor (122,000 SF).
Russ’s career includes senior roles at Peloton Commercial Real Estate, Grubb & Ellis, CB Richard Ellis, and Trammell Crow Company. He represents a diverse portfolio of institutional clients, including PS Business Parks, UBS, Spear Street Capital, and Franklin Street Properties. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Russ is a licensed Texas real estate broker and has served on the boards of NTCAR, the Touchdown Club, and Carry the Load.
