Having worked together since 2008, Russ and Jeff launched White River Partners with a shared vision: to build a company grounded in experience, aligned with investor goals, and guided by the ownership mentality we’ve honed through our careers. Our Name, Our Inspiration
Though based in Dallas, our roots run deep into the mountains of Colorado. Russ’s family has long vacationed in Steamboat Springs, while Jeff’s family owns a home in Keystone—both nestled within the scenic White River National Forest. These ties to Colorado’s rugged beauty and enduring landscapes inspired our name and reflect our core values: clarity of vision, strength in partnership, and a lasting connection to place.
